Terms and conditions

By booking a slot at our park, you are automatically agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below

  • Maximum of 4 dogs and 2 people per session. This includes children of any age.
  • Our park is available strictly by pre-booked and pre-paid appointment only.
  • Please DO NOT arrive more than 5 minutes before your allocated time slot.
  • NEVER enter the field, when others are still using it.
  • Please remain in your car until the previous visitors leave the field and get into their car. Do not hang around the gate with your dog while previous visitors are still in the field/leaving the field. Some of the visiting dogs are reactive and/or aggressive and even seeing another dog from the distance can trigger them.
  • Please have your dog on a lead until in the secure area (past the black, metal gate).
  • Please turn the sign on the main gate to “OCCUPIED” position when entering the field and to “VACANT” position when leaving. This is really important in order to keep everyone safe especially during busy periods when the bookings are back-to-back.
  • You must exit the field within the hire slot, so it is vacant for the next person’s booking. Anyone remaining in the field over their allocated time will need to pay for the extra slot and will be discouraged from re-booking.
  • Use of the field shall be entirely at the visitor’s own risk.
  • Visitors must inspect the field before use to ensure that it is suitable for their dog(s) use.
  • We will not be held responsible for any dog jumping the fence or escaping from the field/park. The Owner/Handler is held responsible for the dog at all times whilst on the property.
  • We will not be held responsible for any accidents, loss, theft, injury, death or damage to any personal property, individuals or animals whilst using Doggos’ World park. Doggos’ World Ltd or the landowner, accept no liability for the death of, or injury to, any person/dog or for damage to any property.
  • All dogs using The Doggos‘ World must be up-to-date with their vaccinations and wormer.
  • If your dog has developed signs of kennel cough, sickness or diarrhoea in the past 72 hours, we request that you refrain from using our facilities
  • Children are allowed in the field but please be aware that the field has not been made child safe, so children should not climb on the equipment, fences, gates etc, or be left alone in the field with your dogs. Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Do not leave your dog unattended in the park at any time.
  • Please pick up your dog’s poo. Poo bins are provided across the park and by the portable toilet. There are also poo bags holders in few locations and some spare poo bags on the shelf in the seating area (shelter)- please feel free to use them.
  • Please be mindful underfoot of slippery, uneven ground, holes dug by dogs, fallen branches, toys being left etc, as these could potentially cause a tripping hazard. If you find something that you feel is unsafe or damaged etc then please inform us, because if we don’t know, then we can`t fix it, and we want everyone to be safe in our field.
  • The field is regularly checked but we rely on our visitors to inform us of any hazards or damage so please make us aware if needed.
  • Fires and BBQs are strictly prohibited.

We hope you have fun at our park!

Thank you for your cooperation!
